Iona M. Eads Koscelek, age 90, of Live Oak, Florida, the widow of Stephen Koscelek, passed away on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 in Suwanee Hospice of Florida. Mrs. Koscelek, a homemaker was born in Poca, West Virginia to the late William and Lieu Ida Taylor Eads and had been a long time resident of Bridgeport and Milford. She was a graduate of Poca High School and worked for the Bridgeport Brass Co., Remington Shaver, American Chain and Cable and Koscelek Market. Survivors include her 4 sons, Carl Koscelek of Bridgeport, Ken Koscelek of NV, Edward Koscelek and his wife Geri of Ansonia, Al Koscelek of Florida who had been her care giver, a daughter Theresa Allum of NC, 7 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren 2 brothers, Harvey and Richard Eads both of WV, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, she was pre-deceased by her son Stephen A. Koscelek, 6 brothers, Russell, Clayton, Victor, Henry, Martin, and Earl Eads, 2 sisters, Viola Borden, and Louella McClanahan. Friends may greet her family on Monday, March 23rd from 4-7 p.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford. All other services and spring interment in Mountain Grove of Easton Cemetery will be private.
