Helen Woynagi Komlos, age 86 of Orefield, Pennsylvania formerly of Stratford passed away on Wednesday October 24, 2007 in St. Luke's Hospital Allentown, PA. Mrs. Komlos, a homemaker was born in Bridgeport to the late Michael and Mary Woynagi and has been life long area resident. She was a member of the choir for over 50 years at St. John's Russian Orthodox Church and was also a member of the Mother's and Daughter's Club, the Orthodox Woman's Council and the choir at Crosby Commons. Helen loved to do crafts, needlepoint and was a spectacular baker; but most of all was a loved wife, mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed. She was the widow of John Komlos. Survivors include her beloved son Dennis Komlos and his wife Karen, 2 cherished grandchildren Jedd and Nell, a brother Michael Wojnagi, 4 sisters Anna Capuano, Mary Skirkanich, Irene Waynage and Margaret Kerpchar and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will take place on Monday October 29th at 10 a.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford with Very Rev. David Cochran officiating. Interment will be in St. John's Cemetery Stratford. Friends may call on Monday from 9-10 a.m. In lieu of flowers those desiring may make donations to St. John's Church
