Harry W. Eads, age 90, of Stratford, the beloved husband of the late Marnell Vance Eads, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 13, 2025 surrounded by his loving family.

Harry was born on July, 14, 1934 in Cabin Creek, West Virginia to the late Lawrence and Alma (Vance) Eads. He was a veteran of the United States Army and has resided in Stratford since his discharge from service. He was a retired Machinist and worked for over 30 years at American Chain and Cable, and after his retirement, Harry worked for the Town of Stratford where he was custodian for 17 years at Wilcoxson School. He loved being with his grandchildren and family and was well liked in the community.

Survivors include his devoted sons, Alan Eads (Barbara D'Louhy) of Stratford and Daniel Eads (Kim) of Ansonia, 2 cherished grandsons, Benjamin and Jeremiah Eads, 4 loving sisters, Ruth Mezzoni, Janet Zerbe, Sandra Howsare and Corrine Scott, several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Monday, March 17th form 3-4 in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford.
