Harriett B. Humphries Goddu, age 88, of Bridgeport, beloved wife of Raymond J. Goddu, passed away on March 27, 2018 in Bridgeport Hospital. Harriett was born in Bridgeport on August 26, 1929 to the late Frederick and Anna (Miney) Humphries and has been a life long area resident. She was a graduate of Harding High School. Harriett was a retired bookkeeper for Southern New England Metal Door in Stratford, and prior to that worked for several years at West and Langdon Hardware in Bridgeport. Survivors in addition to her beloved husband, include her devoted son, Raymond L. Goddu of Bridgeport. In addition to her parents, Harriett was also pre-deceased by her brothers, Frederick and Robert Humphries. Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, April 3 ^rd at 11 a.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford. Interment will be in St. Michael's Cemetery, Stratford.
