Harold (Bart) Edward Bartram Jr., age 82 of the Lordship section of Stratford, beloved husband of 59 years to Nancy (Wolff) Bartram, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, April 8, 2024.

Born in Bridgeport on November 17, 1941, he was the son of the late Harold and Irene (Horvath) Bartram. He worked for many years at Moore Special Tool in Bridgeport. He loved camping and was an avid traveler, visiting 49 of 50 states with his wife. Bart was a loving husband, father, grandfather, soon to be great-grandfather, brother and uncle.

Survivors include his wife Nancy, his children, Deborah McKane (James) of Stratford, James Bartram (Francine) of Trumbull, and Kathleen Dorney (Peter) of Massachusetts, his sister, June Panuzio of Virginia, his brother, David Bartram of New Mexico, five very cherished grandchildren, Lauren Currier (Brandon), Erin Dorney, Kathryn Dorney, Madison Bartram and Mathew Bartram, soon to be great-grandson (baby Currier), and many nieces and nephews.

Friends may greet the family from 4-7 pm on Thursday, April 11, 2024, in the Adzima Funeral Home, 50 Paradise Green Place, Stratford.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, April 12th at 10 am meeting directly at Our Lady of Peace Church 651 Stratford Road, Lordship. Interment will follow in St. John's Cemetery, Stratford.
