Grace E. Booth, age 95, of Stratford, passed away peacefully in her home on Friday, June 20, 2014. Grace was born on January 3, 1919 in Scranton, Pennsylvania to the late William and Mary Ellen (Klingel) Judge. She moved to Connecticut after her marriage to John Booth where she made her home until her death. After being a stay at home mom, she began to work at Sterling House Community Center, where she stayed until her retirement at the age of 89. Grace is survived by her daughter Mary Alice Belle and her husband George her primary caregiver, her son William Booth and his wife Debra, daughter-in-laws Ann and Frances Booth, 9 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband John, sons Paul and John and a grandson Daniel. Friends may call on Monday, June 23, 2014 from 4-7PM in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford, with prayers being said at 6:50PM. Interment will be private.
