Genevieve (Jane) Mileyka age 81 of Stratford passed away on Wednesday May 6, 2009 in St. Vincent's Medical Center. Jane a retired office worker for ACME Shear was born in Brooklyn, New York to the late Stanley and Michaline Urbanowicz Mileyka and has been a long time area resident. She was a member of the Baldwin Center and their Bocce Club. Survivors include her brother-in-law John Kaszycki, 2 nieces Maureen Aceycek and her hasband John and children John, Michael and Jenna, and Arlene Morell and her husband David and daughter Sarah all of Stratford, a nephew Tom Wilczynski and his children Stephanie, Amanda, Daniel and Corinne of Pennsylvania. Funeral services will take place on Friday May 8th at 9 a.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford and at 10 a.m. in Holy Name of Jesus Church Stratford for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery Trumbull. At the family's request calling hours have been omitted.
