Florida Rose (Flo) Allard, age 99, of Bridgeport, wife of the late Camille Francis (Mickey) Allard, passed away peacefully at home on January 20, 2023.  Florida was born in Fall River, MA to the late Pierre and Alma (Dorey) Daignault but spent most of her life as a Bridgeport resident. Flo enjoyed singing, dancing and playing accordion in her youth.  In her later years, she loved puzzles and making crocheted and needlework crafts for others.  Flo was very active in her church, having received a Metal of Service from the Diocese of Bridgeport.

Survivors include her only son, Robert R. Allard, daughter-in-law Amy E. Sampson, her grandsons and their respective spouses Matthew Allard, Christian and Tammy Allard, and Adam and Nada Allard along with two great grandchildren Jacob and Sarah Allard, her loving and devoted caretaker Peggy Johnson, and several nieces and nephews.

There will be a graveside service at St. Michael's Cemetery in Stratford CT on Tuesday, January 31 ^st at 10:00 a.m.
