Ernest J. Bontya age 85 of Trumbull, passed away on Tuesday April 10, 2007 in his home. Mr. Bontya, a WW # II Veteran of the U.S. Army, was born in Trenton, New Jersey to the late John and Mary Csabala Bontya and has been a long time area resident. He was a retired engineer for the City of Milford and was and avid gardener and animal lover and was the widower of Margaret Erdelyi Bontya. Survivors include his beloved family Elizabeth Spisak, Marion Greenwood, Glen D. and Robin Scinto, Wayne and Gail Scinto and Lori E. Scinto and a dear friend Beryl Smeldon. Graveside funeral services will take place on Wednesday (Today) April 11th at 12 noon in Mountain Grove Cemetery Bridgeport. The Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford has been entrusted with the funeral arrangements.
