Elsie H. VanAmburgh, 92 of Bridgeport, beloved wife of the late Murray C. VanAmburgh Jr. passed away peacefully on November 30th, 2020. Elsie was a lifelong resident of Bridgeport and worked for the WIC Program for several years before retiring. Elsie loved spending time with her grandchildren and especially loved watching them play sports over the years. They were the light of her life. She is survived by her son Wayne VanAmburgh of Fairfield, her daughter Lorene Koletar and her husband Deacon Joseph Koletar of Stratford and grandchildren Erin and Alex Koletar. The family would like to say a special thanks to Marilyn for the care she provided to Elsie. Due to COVID-19 services will be private. Adzima Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
