Edward M. Luca, age 85 of Bridgeport passed away on Tuesday February 13, 2007 in St. Vincent's Medical Center Bridgeport. Mr. Luca, a WW # II Veteran of the U.S. Army was born in Pawling, New York to the late Michael and Susan Luca and has been a long time area resident. He was a retired engineer for Dresser Industries in Stratford. Survivors include his beloved wife Sophia Zentkovich Luca, his devoted children John Luca of Stratford and Susan Luca of Bridgeport, his cherished grandson Gregory Luca of Stratford and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will take place on Friday February 16th at 9:15 a.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford and at 10 a.m. in St. Mark's Church Stratford for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment with full military honors will be in St. John's Cemetery Stratford. Friends may call on Thursday from 4-7 p.m.
