Zamolsky – Edith A. Zamolsky age 65 of Stratford, beloved wife of Peter Zamolsky for 44 years, passed away on Saturday July 19, 2008 in Bridgeport Hospital. Born in Bridgeport to the late Kurt and Edith Sablofski Schaberg she was a lifetime Stratford resident and graduated from Stratford High School. Edith worked for Columbia Records for 43 years starting in 1961 until retiring as the Director of Sales for Sony Music in 2004. Edith was President of the Shakespearian Woman's Civitan Club in Stratford and had a great love of animals. Besides her husband many cousins and several nieces and nephews survive her. A Memorial Service for Edith will be held on Thursday at 11:00 am in St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 1495 Noble Ave Bridgeport, with Pastor Rafaela Rosa Morales officiating. Friends may call from 10:00 am until time of service. Interment will be private. Donations in Edith's memory can be made to St. Paul's Church. Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Pl.
