Dorothy Ann Finch, age 89, of Milford, beloved wife of James Finch, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 4, 2025. Dorothy was born in Bridgeport on May 18, 1936, to the late Joseph and Helen (Novak) Onda and had been a lifelong area resident.

Dorothy enjoyed many years spent traveling around the country with her family while they raced Quarter Midget cars, visiting her sisters in Florida and enjoying the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire.  She also cherished all time spent with her beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Survivors in addition to her beloved husband of 72 years include her devoted children, Ronald Finch and his wife Elaine, Richard Finch and his wife Karen, and Linda McQuillan and her husband Kevin all of Milford, 5 cherished grandchildren, Kellie, Corinne, Ryan, Michael (Cathleen), and Justin, great-grandchildren, Jackson and Jameson, 3 sisters, Mary Nemec, Betty Krajewski, and Alice Turlis and several nieces and nephews.

Friends and family may visit on Thursday, October 9, 2025, from 4-6 p.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford: with a prayer service at 5:45 p.m. All other services will be private.
