Donald Joseph Wildes, "Don". Arrived to Earth on September 11, 1930, beloved son of, Lanzo and Daisy Wildes. He was the first of 3 children, all boys. Don was educated in Jamaica where he grew up and migrated to USA in 1981, where he lived in the Bronx and worked in NYC at the World Trade Center. He later retired and moved to Stratford, Connecticut in 2014. Don was the father to 3 children Lexton, Cheryll and Donna.  His grandkids include, Elexus, Joley, Luis, Amanda, Andre and Eyrabela, great grandchildren are, Jesse James, Nikolas, Daisy-Mae and Daeveon Jayden. It was his battle with health conditions that lead him to be placed under hospice care in his latter years that ultimately gave way to his passing. Don is also survived by his wife, Lurline. Donald Joseph Wildes passed away and departed to Heaven, April 12, 2023. Funeral services will be conducted on April 19, 2023, at White Oak Baptist Church 5344 Main Street Stratford. Interment will follow in St. John's Cemetery in Stratford. The Adzima Funeral Home- Stratford has been entrusted with the funeral arrangements.
