Daniel W. Jarosko, age 64 of Bridgeport passed away suddenly on Saturday October 7, 2006 in Bridgeport Hospital. Daniel was born in Bridgeport to the late Gus and Margaret Dolyak Jarosko and has been a life long area resident. He graduated from Warren Harding High School class of 1959 and was an avid fan of the Harding basketball and football teams. He was also a diehard NY Yankee and NY Giant fan. He enjoyed duckpin bowling and was currently a member of the Longhill Bowling League, which bowled on Tuesday evenings at the Barnum Alleys. During the late 1950's and early 1960's he played first soprano bugle for St. Raphael's Golden Buccaneers Drum and Bugle Corps and maintained a life long interest in Drum and Bugle Corps. Survivors include his beloved brother Gus Jarosko of Bridgeport, 3 aunts Helen Dolyak, Lucy Jarosko and Anna Giba, 1 uncle Andy Dolyak and several cousins. Funeral services will take place on Wednesday October 11th at 9:15 a.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford and at 10 a.m. in Sts. Cyril and Methodius Church for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will be in St. John's Cemetery Monroe.
