Clarence E Franklin Jr, age 68, of Stratford, passed away on Friday, May 12, 2017 in his home. He was born in West Virginia to the late Clarence and Anna (Bobko) Franklin and has been a life long Stratford resident. He is survived by three nieces, Susan Cole and her husband Gary, Peggy Scalzo and her husband Frank and Christine Beard and her husband Terry, a nephew Charles Hall Jr and his wife Jennifer, 11 great nieces and nephews. Clarence was predeceased by three sisters, Brenda Hall, Debra Sue Franklin and Cheryl Ann Franklin. Interment will be in St. John's Cemetery, Stratford on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at 2 PM.
