Clara Gianini Gargiulo, age 86 of Stratford passed away on Saturday September 23, 2006 in Lord Chamberlain Health Care Center Stratford. Mrs. Gargiulo, a homemaker was born in New Haven to the late Arthur and Jeanette (Gunther) Gianini and has been a life long area resident, living in Holly wood Florida from 1975 –1990. Survivors include her beloved children Ann Miron of Stratford, Michele Gardner of California, Charles Gargiulo and his wife Carol of West Haven, Frank Gargiulo and his wife Carmie of Milford, Pat Gargiulo and his wife Maxine of Windsor, 16 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services and burial are private and at the convenience of the family. Mrs. Gargiulo's family would like to thank the staff of Lord Chamberlain H.C.C. for their thoughtful and compassionate care and to the Stratford Visiting Nurses Association for the loving and devoted care shown to their mother.
