Catherine Elizabeth Estock Angermann, age 85, of Stratford, the beloved wife of Arnold Angermann, died on Friday, December 30, 2016, the day before her 86 ^th birthday in Bridgeport Hospital. Catherine was born in Syracuse, NY and was a resident of Stratford for the past 50 years. She was the daughter of the late John Estock Sr. and Anna (Pavlo) Estock. Catherine was a graduate of Warren Harding High School Class of 1948. She was an Assistant Treasurer at the T.M. Barns & Son Inc. where she worked for 24 years, and she was also a Receptionist at MetPath New England for 5 years. Catherine was a longtime member of St. Mark Roman Catholic Church in Stratford. In addition to her husband of 51 years, Arnold, she is survived by her beloved and only daughter Kim Angermann Sullivan and her husband Marc, twin grandchildren Abigail and Logan Sullivan (age 10) who lived in Shelton for 17 years and recently moved to Hopkinton, MA, sisters-in-law, Doris Holecz Estock of Fairfield and Janet Estock of Sebastian, FL, many nieces and nephews. Catherine was known for her beautiful smile, was everybody's friend, loved being a Grandma, loved receiving and sending greeting cards and never missed church.  She was predeceased by brothers, John Estock who died at the age of 4, John Estock Jr and George J. Estock and a sister Anna Estock Price. Funeral services will take place on Thursday, January 5, 2017 at 9:15 a.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home, 50 Paradise Green Place, Stratford and at 10:00 a.m. in St Mark Church, 500 Wigwam Lane, Stratford for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will be in St. John's Cemetery Stratford. Friends may call on Wednesday from 4-7 p.m.
