Catherine T. (Galpin) Baldovin, "Babe", age 83, of Milford, beloved wife of the late Richard G. Baldovin, passed away on April 29, 2024.

Catherine was born in Bridgeport on October 26, 1940, to the late Arthur and Catherine (Zentkovich) Galpin and had been a lifelong area resident. She was a graduate of Stratford High School and retired from Mauer Metal Craft Company. Survivors include her devoted sons, Richard Baldovin and his wife Allison of Monroe, Joseph Baldovin and Eric Baldovin both of Milford, 4 grandchildren, Jonathon, Nicholas, Jennifer, and Preston, brothers, Arthur Galpin, and John Galpin and his wife Karen, sister-in-law, Gail Galpin, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, Catherine was predeceased by her daughter-in-law, Barbara, brothers, Louis and Edward Galpin, sister, Martha Jean Graham, sister-in-law, Audrey Galpin, and brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Aurelio and Lorraine Gracia.

Visitation on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, from 4-7 p.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford. Panachida will be at 4:30 p.m. A Requiem Funeral Service will be celebrated on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at 10 a.m.in The Carpatho- Russian Orthodox Church of St. John the Baptist 364 Mill Hill Avenue Bridgeport. Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Milford.
