Carol Stankosky Sheffler, age 68 of Milford passed away on Friday April 7, 2017 in her home. Born in Bridgeport on September 8, 1947 to the late Michael and Marion (Cherochak) Stankosky, she has resided in Milford for the past 50 years. Survivors include her beloved children, John Sheffler of Milford, Michael Sheffler and his wife Rebecca of Milford and James Sheffler of West Haven, a brother, Michael Stankosky and his wife Janice of Ocala, FL, 1 niece and 2 nephews. Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at 11:00am in the Adzima Funeral Home, 50 Paradise Green Place, Stratford, with the Rev. Joseph Bertha officiating. Interment will be in St. John's Cemetery, Stratford. Calling hours will be from 9:30am to 11:00am on Tuesday.
