Carol Ann Battagliotti, age 60 of Stratford, passed away on February 27, 2018 in Lord Chamberlain Health Center, Stratford. Carol was born in Bridgeport on February 4, 1958 to the late Hyacinth "Buddy" Battagliotti and Anna Piatak Battagliotti and has been a life long area resident. She was a 1976 graduate of Bunnell High School and also graduated from Connecticut Computer Processing Institute. She retired from Aquarion Water Company. Carol enjoyed watching football and cheering on the San Francisco 49ers and loved UCONN women's basketball. Survivors include her devoted siblings, Anne Hamilton of Stratford, Cheryl Battagliotti (Michael Herman) of MN, and Joseph Battagliotti of Bridgeport, nieces and nephews, Don (Marissa) Hamilton, Chris (Jennifer) Hamilton, Jennifer (Martin) Sewell, Joseph (Anna) Battagliotti, and Jonathan (Liz Chuka) Battagliotti, great-nieces and nephews, Anna, Joseph Daniel, Nina, Elle, Lucas, and Mason, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.   Funeral services will take place on Saturday, March 3 ^rd at 9:45 a.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford and at 10:30 a.m. in Our Lady of Grace Church Stratford for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will be in St. John's Cemetery, Monroe.
