Bruce Butler Sr., age 91 of Stratford, the beloved husband of the late Helen Kurbikoff Butler, passed away on Thursday, July 17, 2025, in Bridgeport Hospital. Born in Bridgeport on February 2, 1934, to the late Lyle and Isabel (Barnish) Butler and has been a lifelong Stratford resident. Bruce was a retired driver for UPS and was a veteran of the United States Army.

Survivors include his devoted children, Bruce Butler Jr and his wife Beth and Ramona Mosley and her husband Anthony, his grandchildren, Christi Crumb, Lisa LeClerc, Kelly Butler, Ashley Erickson and Nicholas Butler, 8 great-grandchildren.

Friends and family may visit on Tuesday, July22nd from 9- 11AM in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford. Prayers will be at 11AM followed by interment with full Military Honors in Union Cemetery.
