Beverly Ann MacEachran Barry, age 76, of Orange, formerly of Stratford, beloved wife of the late Edward J. Barry, passed away on Sunday, June 3, 2012 in Maefair Health Center, Trumbull. Beverly, a 1954 graduate of Roger Ludlowe High School in Fairfield, was born in Bridgeport to the late Leslie and Jessie (Dale) MacEachran, and has been a life long area resident. She was a devoted wife, homemaker, mother and Nana. She always had a smile on her face, a song in her heart, and a cheerful way about her. She was like no other. She took the utmost pride in raising her three children, and creating a home filled with love and happiness. Despite the challenges she faced with Multiple Sclerosis, she always had a positive outlook, found comfort in her faith, and could always find a kind word to say. She was the glue that kept our family together. Beverly was adored by her grandson, Aidan. Nana had a very special way about her that touched his heart like no one else could. Beverly and Edward were inseparable here on earth during their fifty-three years of marriage. Their love affair continues. It has no end--- just the beginning of a new chapter in Heaven. Mom, your gentle ways and warm smile will always be in our hearts. We Love You. Survivors include her devoted children Scott Barry and his wife Tami of Stratford, Dana E. Huminski and her husband Scott of AZ, and Beth Ann Grimes and her husband Andrew of NC, her cherished grandson Aidan J. Barry, 2 cousins Dale Phippen, and Ronald Navekan and his wife Peggy, and a nephew David Albright. Funeral services will take place on Friday, June 8th at 11 a.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford, with Rev. Reginald Norman officiating. Interment will be in Union Cemetery, Stratford. Friends may call on Thursday from 4-7 p.m.
