Beverly J. French Duhaime, age 60, of Stratford, beloved wife of James Duhaime, passed away on March 26, 2017 in Yale New Haven Hospital. Beverly was born in Bridgeport to the late Ernest and Sophie (Klobukowski) French and has been a life long Stratford resident. She was a 1975 graduate of Bunnell High School and was the proprietor of Just Friends Day Care in Stratford. Beverly was a long time member of Stratford Baptist Church where she served as a Deacon. She enjoyed knitting, scrap booking and visiting craft fairs. Survivors in addition to her beloved husband of forty-two years, include her brothers, George French and his wife Rose of Texas, William French and his wife MaryEllen of Arizona, Robert French and his wife Ruth of Hamden, brothers-in-law, Jack Duhaime and his wife Francine of Maine, Chris Duhaime and his wife Anne of Guilford, Larry Duhaime and his wife Deborah of Florida, and Peter Duhaime and his wife Carolyn of Derby, several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and Godchildren. In addition to her parents, Beverly was pre-deceased by her step-mother, Etta Sweet, and brother-in-law, Marshall Duhaime Jr. Funeral services will take place on Friday, March 31 ^st meeting directly at Stratford Baptist Church 121 Huntington Road Stratford; at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in Lawn Cemetery Huntington. Friends may greet Beverly's family on Thursday from 4-8 p.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford. In lieu of flowers those desiring may make donations in Beverly's memory to Stratford Baptist Church or to Yale New Haven Hospital Transplant Unit 20 York St New Haven, CT 06510
