Barbara B. Burzynski, age 87, of Trumbull, passed away peacefully in her home on June 18, 2026. Barbara was born in Bridgeport on November 23, 1938, to the late Michael and Dorothy (Sanford) Bobko and has been a lifelong area resident. She was a graduate of Stratford High School and retired from Sikorsky Aircraft.

Survivors include her beloved children, Laura Laufer and her husband Charles, Michael Burzynski Sr. and his wife Lenore, Scott Burzynski and his wife Sue and Daniel Burzynski and his wife Shaoyun, 9 cherished grandchildren, Erik (Maegan) Laufer, Shaun (Cheyenne) Laufer, Dana Laufer, Josephine (Ryan) Smith, Michael (Kaitlyn) Burzynski Jr., Chase (Sarah) Burzynski, Summer Burzynski, Skylar Burzynski and Anthony Campbell and 7 great-grandchildren.

Visitation on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, from 9:30-11 a.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford, with a prayer service at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in St. John’s Cemetery, Stratford.
