Audree Newcomb, age 99 of Stratford, the beloved widow of Edward Newcomb, passed away on Monday December 30, 2024, in West Seneca, NY.

Born in Akron, Ohio on June 4, 1925, to the late Charles H. and Freda (Salsbery) Williams, she has been a long-time Stratford resident. Audree was a founding member of the White Oak Baptist Church in Stratford and was retired from Rae Bearing in Stratford where she was a secretary.

Survivors include her devoted children, Cheryl McDonnell Smith (Gary), Pamela McDonnell Suchocki (Jerry), Laura McDonnell Baer (Steve), Rich McDonnell (Elaine), and Mimi McDonnell Visokay. She also had 30 grandchildren, 60 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild, and 3 nieces, Debbie Bickley, Charlene Schurk and Ellen Hussey. She was pre-deceased by her loving brother, Duane Williams, his wife Helen, and her son-in-law Mark Visokay.

A celebration of Audree's life will take place on Friday, January 10, 2025, at 11am in the White Oak Baptist Church. Interment will be private at Union Cemetery, Stratford. The Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford has been entrusted with the arrangements.
