Arlene Toth Carter, age 71, of Monroe, passed away on Sunday, May 18, 2014 in St. Vincent's Medical Center. Arlene a retired Registered Nurse for VNS of Connecticut was born in Bridgeport to the late Frank F. and Marie (Koray) Toth and has been a life long area resident. Although not a member of Stratford United Methodist Church in Stratford, Arlene loved the camaraderie of the ladies and helped them in all of their activities. Survivors include her beloved children, Frank Carter and his wife Barbara of Southington and Karen Wickson and her husband Robert of Monroe, her grandchildren Morgan, Ryan, Nicole and Arron, a brother Frank Toth of Monroe, a sister Frances Ballerene of Marshfield, MA and several nieces and nephews.

SERVICES
Funeral services will take place on Wednesday, May 21, 2014 at 10 am in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford with the Rev. Skip Karcinski officiating. Entombment will be in Mountain Grove Cemetery, Bridgeport. Friends may call on Tuesday from 4-7 p.m.
