Anna Jankura Kosh, age 98, of Stratford, beloved wife of the late George Kosh, passed away on Monday April 16, 2012 in St. Joseph's Manor, Trumbull. Mrs. Kosh, a retired assembler for Harvey Hubbell Company, was born in Bridgeport to the late John and Anna (Kasper) Jankura, and has been a life long area resident. She was a member of the Seniors of St. John's Church. Left to cherish her memory are her devoted children Ronald Kosh and his wife Tina of Milford, and Paula Kranyak and her husband Alexander of Stratford, 2 cherished granddaughters Amy Kosh, and Shannon Lombardo and her husband Jim all of New York, 2 great-grandchildren Evan and Nico, a sister Dorothy Frizell of West Haven, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her beloved husband and parents she was pre-deceased by her brothers John, Stephen, George, Michael and Peter Jankura. Anna's family would like to thank the staff of St. Joseph's Manor for their kind and loving care. Funeral services will take place on Friday April 20th at 11 a.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford, and at 11:30 a.m. in the Carpatho-Russian Orthodox Church of St. John the Baptist, Bridgeport for a Requiem Funeral Service. Interment will be in St. John's Cemetery Stratford. Friends may greet her family on Friday from 10:00 –11:00 a.m.
