Anna Andras Hrebin, age 100, of North Port, Florida, the beloved widow of George Hrebin, passed away on Friday, October 12, 2018 in Florida. Anna was born in Granville, NY on October 31, 1917, to the late John and Anna (Senchik) Andras; and has been a longtime resident of Bridgeport and Trumbull, prior to moving to North Port. She was a former member of the Ladies Guild of St. John's Byzantine Church and worked and baked with the ladies in church. Anna was a retired inspector for Columbia Records in Bridgeport. Survivors include her devoted son, John Hrebin of North Port, FL., her cherished grandchildren, Mary P. Hrebin of Stratford and Thomas Hrebin of, Florida, a great-grandson, Jackson Hrebin, and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by sisters, Mary West and Susan Andras, brothers, John, Michael, William (Bill) and George Andras. Funeral services will take place on Thursday, October 18 ^th at 10:30AM in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford and at 11:00AM in St. John's Byzantine Catholic Church Trumbull for the celebration of a Divine Liturgy. Interment will be in St. John's Cemetery Stratford. Friends may call on Thursday from 9:30-10:30AM.
