Anna M. (Paradiso) Golding, age 86, of Stratford the beloved wife of Edward J. Golding, passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on Friday, October 27, 2017. Born in Bridgeport to the late Daniel and Anna (Velotti) Paradiso, she has been a life long Stratford resident. In addition to her beloved husband Edward, she is survived by her son, Keith Golding and his wife Angela of Shelton, her grandchildren, Bryan and Kayleigh, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers Pasquale (Pat) and his wife Ida, Gennaro (Jerry) and his wife Olga, Ralph (Louis) and his wife Frances, Donato (Danny) and his wife Clara "Dolly", Francis (Frank) and his wife Eve and a sister, Theresa Wells and her husband Samuel. Anna was the youngest and last remaining member of a large and close-knit family. She took great pride and joy in being a homemaker and her talents had no bounds, from cooking, baking, painting, crafting, knitting, and sewing, to the absolutely amazing Holiday celebrations and countless family picnics and gatherings that she enjoyed hosting with her husband Edward and her sister Theresa and sisters-in-law. Anna's most coveted joy in life was the time she spent with her beloved Grandchildren Bryan and Kayleigh. Anna was never alone, she always had her loving dog Samantha constantly by her side. The family would like to express their heartfelt thanks for the sincere attention to Anna's care over the past several months by numerous caregivers, most especially Maria, Eva and Nada, along with the nurses and staff of VITAS Hospice Services whose care and attention was most appreciated during this difficult time.   Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at 9:15 am in the Adzima Funeral Home, 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford and at 10:00 am in St Mark Church 500 Wigwam Lane Stratford for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will be in Nichols Village Burial Grounds, Trumbull. Friend may call on Monday from 4-7 pm.
