Anna Esuchenko, age 101, of Shelton, formerly of Stratford, beloved wife of the late Frank Esuchenko, passed away on February 18, 2025.

Anna was born in Lansford, Pennsylvania to the late Andrew and Anna (Benyo) Skirkanich and had been a longtime area resident. She was a devout member of St. John's Orthodox Church, Bridgeport.

Survivors include her devoted daughter, Joanne Fressola of Monroe, her cherished grandchildren, Debbie Holt and her husband Dustin of Monroe, Robert M. Fressola and his wife Katy of West Hartford, and Paul A. Fressola and his wife Kelly of Southbury, 6 great-grandchildren, Lauren, Ben, Cooper, Sadie, Charlie and Lilly, who called her Nana. Also, a brother, Robert Skirkanich and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her beloved husband of seventy-four years and parents, Anna was pre-deceased by her brothers, Andrew and Leonard Skirkanich and sister, Jeanette Schwartz.

Visitation on Monday, February 24, 2025, from 10:00-11:00 a.m., in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford, with a prayer service at 11. Interment will follow in St. John's Cemetery, Stratford.
