Ann Patrick Potak, age 90, of Trumbull, beloved wife of Andrew Potak, passed away on Thursday, March 27, 2014, with her husband by her side, in Bridgeport Hospital. Ann, a homemaker, was born in Sharpsville, Pennsylvania, to the late Andrew and Anna (Semanko) Patrick and has been a life long area resident. She was an active member of the Carpatho Russian Orthodox Church of St. John the Baptist in Bridgeport, and their Seniors Group. Survivors in addition to her beloved husband of fifty-nine years, include her brothers-in-law, Peter Potak and Nicholas Potok, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was pre-deceased by her brothers George, Andrew, Michael and Thomas. Funeral services will take place on Friday, April 4 ^th at 9:30am in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford, and at 10 am in the Carpatho Russian Orthodox Church of St. John the Baptist, Mill Hill Avenue Bridgeport, for a Requiem Funeral Service. Interment will be in St. John's Cemetery Stratford. Friends may call on Friday from 8:30-9:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers those desiring may make donations in memory of Ann to St. John's Church.
