Alice W. Draper, age 81, of Bridgeport, formerly of Stratford, beloved wife of the late Allen Draper, passed away on February 11, 2018 in the Jewish Senior Service Center in Bridgeport. Alice was born in Milford on December 6, 1936 and has been a lifelong area resident. She was an avid bowler, she enjoyed playing cards, shopping and crocheting, but most of all loved spending time with her family and friends. She was known for her joyful smile and for putting smiles on the faces of countless others. Alice was a faithful Jehovah's Witness and a cherished member of the Bridgeport Sign Language Congregation. The Draper family would like to thank the Doctor's and staff of JSS for their kind and loving care. Survivors include her devoted children, Vanessa (Robert Jones), Brian (Diana Draper), Deborah (Gene McSweeney), Carmonia Draper, Martha Majersky, Esther (Monte Thomas) and Abel Draper, 24 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Memorial Services will take place on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at 4:00pm at the Kingdom Hall of JW, 245 Huntington Tpke, Bridgeport CT. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Adzima Funeral Home-Stratford.
