Adeline M. Pulscak, age 103, of Bridgeport the beloved widow of Cyril Pulscak, passed away in her home on Monday, January 20, 2014. Born on July 16, 1910 in White Plains, NY to the late Michael and Micheline (Dalizio) Rose she has been a life long Bridgeport resident. Adeline was a long time member of the Carpatho Russian Orthodox Church of St. John the Baptist, Mill Hill Avenue, Bridgeport where she was a member of the Seniors. She loved to crochet and spend time with her grandchildren and family. Survivors include her devoted sons Donald Wheeler and his wife Kathy of Trumbull and Roger Wheeler and his wife Dorothy of Bridgeport, her cherished grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren, a brother Adolph Rose, a sister Delores Chisarik and several nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend a special thanks to everyone who helped Adeline in her later years. Funeral services will take place on Thursday, January 23, 2014 at 9:15 am in the Adzima Funeral Home, 50 Paradise Green Place, Stratford and at 10:00 am in the Carpatho Russian Orthodox Church of St. John the Baptist, 364 Mill Hill Avenue, Bridgeport with a Requiem Funeral Service. Interment will be in St. John's Cemetery Stratford. Friends may call on Wednesday from 4-7 pm. Panachida will be at 4:00 pm.
