Aaron Thomas Hine, age 29 of Milford passed away suddenly on August 6, 2007. Aaron, a chef at Marshall Lane Manor in Derby, was born in Bridgeport beloved son of James and Karen Bekech Hine. He was a graduate of Ansonia High School and Johnson and Wales School of Culinary in Rhode Island. He was an avid Jets and Braves fan and attended many games with his brother. Aaron had a smile and personality that could light up any room and was always willing to help others. Survivors in addition to his parents include his devoted siblings James Hine II and his wife Myklyn of Wallingford, Julie French and her husband Sean of West Haven and Tanya Hine of Woodbridge, 2 nieces Raegan French and Karenna Norko, his paternal grandmother Emma Hine of Shelton, his maternal grandparents Andrew and Julia Bekech of Trumbull, aunts and uncles Ron and Gynine Bekech, Andrew and Pat Bekech, Mary Rose and Jeff Barker, Michael and Paula Bekech, Barbara Hine, Martha and Tim Quinn, George and Carol Hine, and Mark Hine and several cousins. Funeral services will take place on Friday August 10 at 9:15 a.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford and at 10 a.m. in St. John the Baptist Byzantine Catholic Church Nichols for a Divine Liturgy with Office of Christian Burial. Interment will be in Kings Highway Cemetery Milford.
