William E. Lastomirsky

William E. Lastomirsky, age 89, of Stratford, the widower of Helen Knopick Lastomirsky, passed away on Monday, November 19, 2012 in his home. Mr. Lastomirsky, a retired Frame Man for S.N.E.T., was born in Bridgeport to the late George and Mary (Pjura) Lastomirsky, and has been a life long area resident. He was a 1941 Graduate of Harding High School and also was a graduate of Connecticut School of Electronics. William was a former employee of Singer Manufacturing, and a founding member of St. Mark’s Church in Stratford. Survivors include his devoted sons William M. Lastomirsky and his wife Nancy Guindon of Clinton and Dr. David Lastomirsky and his wife Dr. Faye Ahmadian of Shelton, 4 grandchildren Garrett and Douglas Guindon, and Kaveh and Dr. Azadeh Ahmadian, 3 great-grandchildren Madelyn, Sophia, and Kennedy Guindon, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will take place on Saturday, November 24th at 9:15 a.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place and at 10 a.m. in St. Mark’s Church Stratford, for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will be in St. John’s Cemetery, Stratford. Friends may call on Friday from 4-8 p.m
